1). DeliveryMethods
a. In collaboration with logistics providers:
Home Delivery: T-Cat, Hsinchu(available only in Taiwan main island)
Convenience Stores: 7-11, FamilyMart(available in Taiwan main island and outlying islands at designated conveniencestore locations)
b. Delivery Time/Region:
i. Home Delivery
Delivery Time: 7-14 days
Applicable Region: Taiwan main island
ii. Convenience Store Pickup
Delivery Time: 7-14 days
Applicable Region: Taiwan main island
iii. Postal Service (Outlying Islands)
Delivery Time: 7-14 days
Applicable Region: Taiwan outlying islands
2). ShippingDetails
a. After placing an order (excluding the day of order), it will be shippedwithin approximately 7-14 business days, excluding holidays.
b. Delivery is available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There isno delivery arrangement on weekends and holidays.
c. During peak seasons or in case of force majeure or natural disasters,shipment may be delayed.
d. If you choose "Home Delivery": Actual delivery arrangements willdepend on the route scheduled by the delivery driver.
e. If you choose "Convenience Store Pickup": Please pay attentionto the arrival notification message and pick up the item within 7 days afterarrival. Please do not fail to pick up without a valid reason, as any incurredshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
